Hi!  I’m Gurmail, I’ve been working within the IT industry for the last 15+ years. Since 2011 I’ve worked in various roles that spanned form strategy to delivery when it comes to enterprise cloud services.  I’m passionate about technology and love being a digital nomad. This space is place to share my thoughts & opinions in all things security.

As the world transitions from in person services to digital experiences, and traditional industries are judged by ‘how and when they can be consumed’, the customer is setting the scene for who will continue to exist in the near future.  This transformation for enterprises means they have to be truly customer obsessed, know who their customers are, what they need, when they need it and how they want to experience this.  Any compromise of trust, performance or lack of connection to ‘ the customer mindset’ will inevitably impact the brand perception.

I have the privilege to work for a global leader in security, who has been helping enterprises to secure their digital experiences for over 30 years.
